Our region has many talented musician of all ages who need encouragement and financial support in the early stages of their careers  to reach for their full potential.

There are also many musical events, performances and projects for which even modest financial help can make a crucial difference. YMFF exists to support concerts, competitions and workshops as well as soloists and ensembles — across all musical genres, from classical to brass bands — and welcomes ideas as to how we can use our limited resources to make a positive impact on Yorkshire’s musical life.
